It's been a week... E' passata una settimana...
Cos'è successo? Bene. Il 25 settembre segnarono i 6 mesi senza Thea. 6 mesi pieni.

What has happened?
Well. The 25th of September was
the marking of 6 months without Thea. 6
whole months. That’s half a year! This much time will pass again and it will be
a year. I don’t know if it has been a
long time or it’s very little.
On the 25th I went to the Cemetary. I took 6 red roses to my little precious
Thea. Then it started to rain L so I had
to hurry. I promised myself that I would
go back the next morning and stay with her longer and light a candle.
I did. Before I
did I went to my local shop to buy a candle.
We all know one another here. It’s
a really small village. A Lady I know greated me with a “how are you?” I
always say not bad. Then she went on to
say “better?”. God forgive me but I just
couldn’t shut up. I said “ I haven’t had
the flu!”. I know… I full well know that
that person didn’t want to hurt my feelings in anyway. I definitely know that she wanted to make me realize
that she is sad for my loss. Ok… but I just
can’t go on thinking about not answering back, even in a harsh way just because
I may hurt someone’s feelings.
For 6 months I have never answered back… even when I’ve
had the most hurtful comments. But now….
I really can’t be bothered. Am I really
selfish if I say I just want to think about me for a change? Thinking about my feelings without thinking
that I might make someone else sad?
When I got to Thea’s grave there were people visiting
her. That brighten my day up!
Where am I 6 months on? I’m going out more. I go and pick the boys up from school. Listen to another mum go on about her
pregnancy and that she is due in MARCH!
Yes MARCH! It’s as though march
has become Thea’s month and I’m slightly jealous that other babies are born
that month too! God what strange things happened
to your mind after you lose a baby!
I now think of Thea and think of her with a little
smile. I think of how lucky I am to have
held her in my bump for 8 months and to have been able to given birth to such a
beautiful baby girl.
I don’t cry that often either. I do… but not the distressing cries of
before.
This month is babyloss awareness month. I’m sure all babyloss mummy’s are already
organizing everything and getting their candles ready for the 15th
of October at 7pm. If there is anyone
else reading. Please light a candle in
memory of those little people we have in our hearts and we can never forget…
and to create awareness in every part of the world. Research is to be done because losing a baby
is heartbreaking and it should never happen to anyone!

Aggiornamento: I Palloncini saranno lanciati! Camilla e Thea voleranno in alto insieme!!!!
Update/aggiornamento:
This little butterfly is HOPEFULLY being attached to a balloon that is going right up to heaven maybe even as I write. (depends on wether they got the helium sorted out). Thea Caterina in ROME!
Thank you Sheila..... Friend for many years, Babyloss mum friend and now Friends on this long journey together .... I will always hold your hand and never let it go and most importantly.... the memory of little Camilla will always live on! (It doesn't matter if the balloon release wasn't done. The time you took to write the message on the butterfly ..... you remembered her and that's enough for me).

L is for...
COME MI SBAGLIAVO! L’amore inizia da subito. Dal minuto… no….
Erano bellissime!!!!! Perfette! Vorrei poterle sentire ancora scalciare dentro di me.
Love is the deepest love I have for you! I thought that the love for your child starts
when you look at that child in the eyes.
HOW WRONG! Love starts straight
away. From the minute…. No…. Second…..
that you find out you’re pregnant. That’s
when not only a new life starts to grow inside of you but every time a new life
starts growing…. A new heart starts growing too. Each child with it’s own special heart inside
of you.
Luca is your big brother. I’ve already written about Luca http://cuoredithea.blogspot.com/p/big-brother-luca.html. He misses you SO much! The other day he asked me “who do you love
the most out of us THREE?” I was glad he
said THREE! I answered that I loved all
three of them in the same way.
Legs…. Yes legs.
It’s strange how when you’re lying in a hospital bed and you’ve just
lost your baby… your vision is sort of distort. You seem to focus on a part of
your baby. Well I focused on your
legs! You have the longest legs I’ve
ever seen on a baby. They were
beautiful!!! Perfect I wish I could
still feel them kicking me.
I miss you baby Thea!
